When the fix for the power button is available, will new purchases include the update?

    My power button is now sticking on my replacement unit. I submitted a ticket via Companion App, but don't know if there is another place to submit. As with the first one, when you remove the cover from the charging port, it works as normal.

    @kevin, a new colour 'shell' is available for KAROO. The installation instructions show how to remove the black 'shell' already fitted. If engineering minded, it might be worth a look to see if it helps identify and resolve your issue.
