Karoo 3 Continuous Reboot

Hey,

Woke up this morning to go for a ride and I turned my Karoo on and it was working fine and then went into the continuous reboot loop. I have tried to reboot it, factory reset it, adjust the power button and tried different cables and still stuck. Please help ASAP as I was suppose to be on a training ride today and have a long endurance ride from Orlando to Miami in the morning at 5AM and this is my only bike computer.

Bike computer was working fine all week and I used it last night. This is the first time I've turned the unit on inside my house in a while so I think it was attempting to do a software update and then went into the reboot.

PLEASE HELP ASAP!

  I think the button at the bottom of the device is stuck (lock screen button); press it a couple of times and it will come up again

  Hey Martijn,

  It's not stuck. Cleaned and replaced the button cover and it's still stuck in that loop. I think the computer crashed during an update which is causing to remain in that reboot loop now.
