ZWIFT Outdoors XP Karoo Integration

Just announced, Zwift will track outdoor rides for leveling up XP. Garmin and Wahoo will be able to track rides on Zwift Companion app ASAP. Hammerhead KARRO ability coming in Summer 2025.     Could we have some information from Hammerhead with regards to this? As we know, they do have a reputation for being late (or not at all) with 'things will happen later' scenarios! It would be a great shame if it happens after the European summer has gone ...

    Hi Folks,

    I was able to discuss this with our product team, and I can confirm that this is in the works; however, since it's a collaborative effort between both companies where there are many moving parts, I am afraid that we would not be able to share an exact date at the moment. That being said, both of the teams are working on bringing this feature to the Karoo sooner than expected.

    I have ensured to share your sentiments with the team as well :)

    Hi Akhil, thanks for the update. Sadly though, it appears I was correct about the time scale. Garmin and Wahoo had no problem getting this up and running as soon as Zwift launched it, but, as ever, Hammerhead is way off the pace. Such a shame!

    Hey Steve, I can understand your sentiment here; however, we are working at our best pace to bring the users the features that would improve the value of the Karoo! Rest assured that this feature is coming to the Karoo OS but its just a matter of time :)

    Yes, you already said you can't give a time frame. And, as I already said, it is a great shame that Hammerhead are (nearly) always last to implement these types of things!

    OP here. Personally I'm looking forward to the implementation. I am uploading my Zwift rides, as fit files, onto Garmin Connect (I have a Garmin watch), which transfers the info to Strava. Bit of a workaround until HH KAROO integration is in the bag. Also looking forward to XERT implementation downstream. Meantime loving the updates from KAROO team and Devs. Soooo glad I bought the KAROO over others. Thanks all.

    Just wanted to add my voice by saying I'm really looking forward to this feature too. I even tried a device recently launched by one of HH's competitors because of the lack of this feature but after a couple of days of testing I can confirm I much prefer missing XP than some of the things I experienced with the other device.

    Frustrated with this not arriving when the competition somehow got an inside track to this feature I have resorted to switching to using a competitor that does integrate with Zwift for my outdoor rides. Please let us all know when this promised integration works.

    Both Zwift insider and GP lama have hinted in recent days as very soon. Its Thursday and 2 weeks since the last update. Fingers crossed for today!
