[Outage] Issue with the Software Updates

    We appreciate your patience as our team worked to resolve the software update service outage. We have received word from the third-party that the service has been restored. We have tested this and updates are successfully downloading and installing. You should now be able to update your device and complete the setup process.
     
    If your device is powered on, reboot then attempt the update. If your device is currently powered off, it should update successfully when powered on. Please open a support ticket (support@hammerhead.io) if you have any issues with the update or setup - we are happy to assist further.

    My karoo 3 would not update so I carried out a factory reset now it won't move pass the page for downloading the latest software. Update available.
    Please help

    My Karoo 3 tired to do the auto update and has been stuck in the reboot loop since. Tried to do a factory reset it and that failed and the power button isn't jammed or dirty.

    @john I skipped the page by restarting my Karoo and spamming the bottom right button when the language select page became visible.
