[Outage] Issue with the Software Updates

We are currently experiencing an issue where users are unable to download and install the software update correctly.
Our developers discovered an issue that is preventing software updates on Karoo, and they are already working with the 3rd-party provider that hosts our update service to make the necessary changes. The provider is unable to share an ETA at this time, but they are aware that this issue is customer-impacting and a high priority. They are working to resolve the problem and get our update services back online.
We will keep you updated as soon as we have more information.

We appreciate your patience as our team worked to resolve the software update service outage. We have received word from the third-party that the service has been restored. We have tested this and updates are successfully downloading and installing. You should now be able to update your device and complete the setup process.
If your device is powered on, reboot then attempt the update. If your device is currently powered off, it should update successfully when powered on. Please open a support ticket (support@hammerhead.io) if you have any issues with the update or setup - we are happy to assist further.Comment actions
