Hammerhead goes blank, then weird screen

My Hammerhead unit recently started to go blank, then the startup screen appears, but with a green, flashing circle around the yellow circle (with bike), as in the attached image.  After pressing that, a second screen appears asking if I want to rejoin the ride (of course I do).  This will happen many times during a ride. 

This is a newer  problem, in that I've never seen his before, prior to the update before 1.85.670.3 (I'm currently on 1.89.676.3)

Has anyone seen this?

Karoo, is it possible to revert to a previous build version?

  Hi Brian,

  I am sorry to hear about the trouble with the Karoo. We would like to check and help you get this resolved.
  
  Please tap on the Launcher (The yellow big circle with Greenlight) and choose a different Profile. Let us know if you are encountering the same problem.

  @Russ, I agree!  we were cruising downhill, so I couldn't focus on focusing!

  I only have one profile, so this is still an issue. 

  But, I will create a new profile and delete the current, just to see if that works.

  I've seen the same problem several time now since the 1.89.676.3 update. Sometime I tap the circle and it goes back to the nav map. Sometimes I have to do the 2 or 3 time in a row. One time my route got lost, but it kept recording my ride.

  I'm glad it's not just me.  Perhaps this will elevate this issue @Karoo.

  I'll upload a bug report (in dev options) as soon as I can get that to work.
