How do I sign-in to my account on the Karoo unit?

I have tried to sign-in to my account via the Karoo unit; unfortunately, I am too stupid to be able to find the period (.) so I can add the .com to my email. Also, since the wi-fi is on with an Internet connection, why is it even necessary for me to sign-in? Should that not automatically occur?

  Hi William,

  The period (.) will be available once you click on the arrow to the right side of the space bar in the keypad. Since your Hammerhead account is stored in the cloud, all the saved pages, data screens, Routes and Activities will be available once you login to your account.

  I have tried countless times to sign in my account on the unit itself, but it keeps telling me my credentials are invalid. I typed in my email using the period, and unmasked the password to make sure it is correct. It keeps denying me.

   

  What else can I try?
