    No , I refuse to email you directly.  You will answer me here on this chat.  What is the issue, I am sure there are many customers experiencing the same problem?  What is the problem, and share the answer on this chat so everyone can read?   Is it the battery or the device?  No bull shit now and no run around, a straight answer is what we all need to hear!!

    Sorry to hear that you feel this way. We requested you to write to us at support@hammerhead.io due to the fact that we will be able to check the ride logs using the FIT files. This helps us to troubleshoot the issue better.
