Grab route from strave does not work

Hi,

 

When I want grap a route on strava, the plugin says : To import this activity, convert it to a route first at Strava.

I don't understand. i'm on strava. what am I doing wrong

  When I create a route on Strava I convert it to a gpx file than import into Hammerheads crappy web site route interface. I wish I could bypass that site and import directly into the Karoo.

  Hi Klaasjan,

  Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

  Could you please try the below workaround and let us know if it was helpful.
  Step 1: Sign out of the Strava account.
  Step 2: Disconnect Strava on Karoo and Dashboard.
  Step 3: Log out of the Dashboard.
  Step 3: Login back to the Strava and the Dashboard account and connect it again. That should resolve the issue for you.

  I am having the same problem when I try to grab a route from Strava.

  I get s similar error message if I try to paste in the url.

  The same problem for me. I have received the Karoo just 3 days ago and these faults are bugging me:-(
