    Please try the below steps which have helped most of our users who have encountered the same issue.

    > Unpair all the sensors from the Karoo.
    >Reboot Karoo
    > Click ADD on the sensor App.
    > Pair the sensors one by one over ANT+ keeping the Bluetooth off.

    If the above workaround was not helpful, please perform a Factory reset under the "Settings' App and try the above steps again.
