    Hi Patrick,

Currently, the ETA data field based on current speed is not available on the Karoo. We prioritize each feature based on the number of user requests, impact on current customer base, usability, market value etc. We are already looking into it, but as we have informed you, the timeline isn’t available for us to share. I do not want to promise something that we can’t deliver on time, and would rather be happy to announce timelines or apps as they are ready.

    Well, now I'm confused, Hari.

I've had the ETA (Time to Destination) field on the main page of my Karoo data screens for some time.

Are you saying that an ETA field based on actual average speed (which, while I can't verify, it seems to do anyway since the field updates as I go and always ends up at 0 time to destination upon arrival) is not available or that somehow the existing ETA data field has been removed (which had better not be true)?

    Hi Ross,

The time to destination data field is available on the Karoo. It is the estimated time remaining before you reach the destination at a 12.5 mph average. You must be navigating for this data to appear.

This seams like a realy easy thing to fix: you just change the 12.5mph intiger, and get the eta method to call for the for the value for the current average speed. It would be more reliable than an arbitrarily chosen 12.5mph.

Or is it not that simple?
