New Karoo...No WiFi and No Charging...

I´ve purchase my Karoo during the Christmas Holiday offer, and finally arrive at home but...it doesn´t work
It´s impossible to connect to any WiFi connection or even any mobile using tethering...and I´m unable to charge it...I try using USB ports, adapters, differents cables...and nothing works..
