Powertap P1 Pedals show incorrect power (half)

The powertap pedals have connected but i am unable to calibrate them and they show up about half as much power as i am putting out

  Hi Nick,

  You will be getting the readings from only one of the sensors if you are connecting the Powertap pedal sensors over Bluetooth? This could be reason why you are getting half the value. Could you please connect it over ANT+ and check if the issue still persists?

  If this is not the case, please write to us at support@hammerhead.io with the FIT files of the activities and the serial number of your Karoo. This will immensely help us to understand the issue better and help you with the best resolution.
