Dear HH,

I see a lot of battery problems around. Will you offer replacement batteries for the unit in the future? I know that you handle it during warranty period, but what happens after that? I think that a good customer support includes parts supply as well to ensure a long lifetime.

  Having read these threads and despite how much I love my karoo 2 I will refuse to buy another hammerhead unit until a battery solution has been reached. What a ridiculous position to adopt in this day and age as a main electronics manufacturer.

  Yeah, all mfg of cycling computers Wahoo, Garmin and now Hammerhead are the same. No replacement batteries. At least on the newer stuff. It just galls me that, unlike a nice point and shoot camera or cell phone etc, all offer replacement batteries. Why not cycling computers?? The next cycling computer mfg that offers a battery replacement program, will have my business, my wife’s and all our cycling friends, about 30 in all. Hammerhead, are you listening??
