Hi Jason,
1. Live tracking is available on Karoo.Forcomplete details, please refer to this link: https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/articles/360040810074-Live-Tracking
2. The reason for the discrepancy for elevation is due to the fact that different platform uses different sources to calculate the elevation. The Fit file is uploaded in different third party applications and they have their own algorithm and method to calculate the elevation out of the FIT file.
3. Our calculations are based on Training Peaks and we believe measuring these values from Power (watts) is more accurate than deriving them from Heart Rate (beats per minute).

On the calorie count issue, I would be for it to be based on heart rate. I understand that you believe it to be more accurate from a power meter and I am not trying to dispute that. However, you may be pushing out thousands of potential customers. Power meters are very expensive and not everyone wants to buy one. Those are typically used in training and not by cyclists like that. What about the recreational and exercise cyclist out there.
I believe you could add programming where the power meter is the default source for calorie count when present. If there is no power meter, then allow it to use heart rate. You could even make this user-selectable if they feel their heart rate is more accurate.
