    You may have to retry a few times if this doesn't work at first try.

    The reset requires some practice - the moment of pressing buttons is important.

    In the end it didnt. Hammerhead has been so kind as to send me a brand new Karoo.

    Hi Jeroen, I have also left a ticket at the support to help me. I got partially in the factory reset procedure, but now the device is not reacting at all anymore just like you described. It was also during an update procedure.

    Uhuh. That was exactly my problem. Simply couldnt get it to start anymore although I knew that battery and charger were OK.
