    Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I can help you to sort this out. Just to clarify, are you facing issues to update the Karoo to the latest software version? If yes, could you please try to update the software using a mobile hotspot or a different Wi-Fi connection and see if the issue still persists?

    I tried to use the mobile hot spot and it said it was updating but it never did. Tried it many times ?
