Shimano EW-Wu111 is not pairing, i tried all what you suggest me, but nothing!!!! what can i do?????? 

should i go back to Garmin????

  I also had a similar issue pairing the EW-WU111 with my Karoo but found a solution.
  
  On my bike the EW-WU111 was hidden into the seat tube under my saddle, attached to the battery. Sometimes I could connect, but during rides it was constantly going on and off, causing also my other sensors to disconnect and stop recording (maybe that is still a bug into the karoo software).
  
  I found that on another bike my karoo could connect easily with the EW-WU111 on that bike. The EW-WU111 was mounted there behind the junction box into the down tube. Knowing this, I took the EW-WU111 from within my seat tube and also mounted it behind the junction box in my down tube. This way the EW-WU111 is much closer to the Karoo and finally I had a stable connection.
