Strava Live Segment Sync
The starred segments may not sync immediately after the update as many people are trying to get that downloaded all at the same time. Give it some and try after a while.
We have also identified a known issue with the Strava Live Segments sync where not all the segments sync at the same time. Click on "Sync segments" to get that working. This should be resolved in the next update.
Due to this, some users may not be able to upload the rides as well, with the error "Strava client error"

Well, I can see more than 6, but not the ones I want to ride today.

p.s. should note choosing 'sync segments' just reloads the same limited subset of apparently random segments over and over. Not the ones I'm interested in.
Also, clicking on enable in the segments that have turned up doesn't do anything, they stay disabled. 'Enable all' doesn't work either. Interesting as 'disable all' did work, but now I'm stuck with them all disabled.
Basically, this feature isn't working at all for me.

The issue has been resolved if you are still unable to sync the segments - please contact support@hammerhead.io
The issue with a limited segment showing up will be fixed in the next update.
@Marcel - we need our developers to manually revoke the access over the backend. Ashish has collected your details and will be sharing it with the software team for a fix.

All the starred segments may not be synced to the Karoo. For example, the Downhill segments cannot be synced to the Karoo. The software team is already in touch with the Strava team to get the concrete classification of what types of segments can be synced on the Karoo. Once they get the details, they will work on further enhancements to it.
I am not sure if you have tried these steps; however, kindly follow the steps below to check if this is helpful:
Step 1: Logout of the Hammerhead account on the Karoo.
Step 2: Power off the Karoo completely.
Step 3: Close the Dashboard completely and log in to the Hammerhead Dashboard on Incognito mode or private browsing.
Step 4: Disconnect Strava from connected Services and connect to Strava again.
Step 5: Agree to the Strava new token Authentication.
Step 6: Power ON the Karoo and login to your hammerhead account. -
Hari, if I do the steps above and still the segments I recently starred in strava do not show up on the device, is it most likely due to the 100 segment limit being exceeded? I certainly have more than 100 starred within strava... however, I have "un-starred" many on the karoo but still new ones don't load....

I'm having a similar issue here. I starred a few live segments before I went out for my ride. Turned the Karoo on. Expected them to sync automatically (as I understand they do when you turn the Karoo on). Got back and I'm missing loads of live segments.
I have only 17 segments starred in Strava and I am only seeing 9 displayed on the Karoo. Choosing "Sync Segments" does nothing.
I've done the whole sign out and unlink procedure but it's still not working for me.
Disappointing as I'm pretty sure I got at least one KOM! 😂
On the latest SW version: Build 1.159.913.3
I have a Karoo 2 on order but I would like this to work on my K1 whilst I wait for that to arrive.

@Francisco: Could you check if the Account type is showing as "Summit" as in the below picture? If the segments that match our thresholds as mentioned in this Karoo 2 - Strava Live Segments article are still not syncing to your Karoo 2, please let us know. We are happy to look into this further.
