Problem with coming home function.

Having problem when out riding and the icons for take me home shows up without me having pressed my home. 

I decline by pressing the red button but after some few minutes it shows up again, I decline but it shows up several times. Today the screen froze and I couldn't do anything but after I turned of the screen and turned it on again I could decline again. 

Software bug?
