Strava segments appear synced, but not appearing during ride
AnsweredWhen I look through the segment list on my Karoo, the segments appear synced and enabled, but they only randomly appear during a ride. There are only about 4-5 segments that consistently prompt me during a ride. I have disassociated and re-associated my Strava account in the dashboard, and the problem still exists.

Could you please try the below steps and see if this alleviates the issue?
Step 1: Logout of the Hammerhead account on the Karoo.
Step 2: Power off the Karoo completely.
Step 3: Close the Dashboard completely and log in to the Hammerhead Dashboard on Incognito mode or private browsing.
Step 4: Disconnect Strava from connected Services and connect to Strava again.
Step 5: Agree to the Strava new token Authentication.
Step 6: Power ON the Karoo and login to your hammerhead accountIf the issue still persists even after performing the above workarounds, please write to us at support@hammerhead.io and share the relevant segment with us. In this way, we will be able to investigate the issue and help you with the right resolution.
