Hi i'm looking to ride a route away from home, I've sorted one out downloaded to my profile, it's showing in my routes with a message to download

 

I've tried 2 internet conections and reset to factory and rebooted with no luck

  Hi Richard, Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. The 3 GB blocked would be for the downloaded maps on your Karoo. On a fresh and new unit, 1.9 GB is blocked as part of the OTA out of 9 GB. Then the subsequent downloaded offline maps will move the slider across and the SD Card will be blocked as much. This also mean you have about 6 GB memory left to download maps to other regions.

  At the same time, this does not limit you from downloading the Offline map of Britain as you have enough space. Could you please try over a mobile hotspot and see if that helps? My assumption is that the issue is due to the fluctuations in internet connection.
