Problems recording activity since last week
AnsweredSince last week (I don't know if it's related to the last major update), I started having very annoying problems when I record an activity (even following a route or not). During the activity it seems that Karoo looses the GPS signal and stops recording positioning and key data (not problems with HR sensor or cadence sensor). In the last months I've been riding on the same area with no problems. Could you help me to fix this problem and go back to the good experience I was having with your Karoo.

Hi Gerand, Sorry for the trouble caused. I am happy to look into this and help you with the right resolution. I have created a support ticket requesting for the FIT file and the serial number of your Karoo to analyse the ride logs. I request you to follow up there and we can help you to sort this out.
