and the screen it's constantly fading to black for no reason. Every menu takes an unusual amount of time to be loaded, even to exit settings or other menus takes a while, when before it was fast and responsive.

I'm really unhappy with what's going on with my device

No problems here... try with a reset to factory settings

thanks Piergiorgio, I thought that too but I have an activity that's not been saved anywhere else other than the device (due to this problems) and I didn't want to loose it. But if there's no other way I'll do that.

It sucks that there's no way to manually backup the activities. I know it's there, I can see it but I cannot retrieve it or upload it anywhere.

Nothing really special but it's not in my usual location and I won't have any other chance of riding those segments anytime soon

Did you try using a USB connection?

thanks, I finally manually uploaded my activity. I'll do a factory reset and see how it goes.

    Thanks Piergiorgio.

I'll have to pair all the sensors but other than that now the Karoo seems to work fine after the factory reset. And it's actually faster than I thought it would be.

Coming from an Apple environment I'm not used to format or reset devices so I didn't think it would be so effective. thanks again

    Happy to ear it.

Reset is usually the last chance, but was not easy to help you from remote. After login all the setting will be restored, you only need to pair your sensors and download the map.
