Most Community posts go unresolved
AnsweredI have been trying to keep my Karoo up an running. with difficulty. none lethal.
I try to use the info on the site , karoousers.org, Google, patience, and prayer.
Most of the FAQ/info says look in Community.
Almost none of the posts here have resolution. Like the FAQ and videos , they open a topic and don't carry through. 15 sec answer to 3 min question.
I could tell folks to reboot, in the sunshine, holding the Karoo in their left hand, and a
flower pot in the right and that would be the last listed post in the thread
and a presumed fix.

If we are a beta test community we need better coordinated support
That is either a great plus for development and marketing
or a lethal PITA

I see that you are facing issues with sensor drop-outs and being a consumer myself, I totally understand how this could be frustrating for you. We have received your ticket 43379 and I see that Abhishek is already working with you to resolve the issue. He has requested you to share the FIT file of the affected activity to understand the behaviour of the drop-outs. This helps us to give you proper directions to resolve this. I request you follow-up there on the ticket so that we can continue with the troubleshooting.
