Karoo does not find sensor

I had a Bontrager ANT heart sensor that worked fine until it suddenly lost connection.  Changed the battery but that didn't help and then erased it to add it again. That didn't help either so I thought it was broken.

I've now bought a Sigma R1, both BLT and ANT, but it still does not find my sensor.  Is my Karoo broken?  Known issue?  Any solution?

  Hi Davy, Really sorry to hear that you are facing issues to pair the sensors to your Karoo? For us to isolate the issue further, I have a quick question for you. Are you not able to pair any of the sensors to your Karoo either by Bluetooth or ANT+? Or is the issue limited to these two sensors?

  Hello Hari

   

  one sensor, the oldest, only has ANT on board.   The newest has both.  They both fail on connection attempt.  I have no other sensors connected.
