Screen LCD leaked on 38 degrees sunny day

During a very hot 6 hour route with 38C in the full sun at 14:00 my screen got 3 dark spots at the bottom of the screen which then spread over the whole screen during a few days. Maybe it has to do with sunscreen on my screen in combination with the very hot day, but that is just guessing. Do you have an idea what the cause is? And would there be a repair solution and did this happen to more users? I am one of the first adopters of the device, so warrant period is long overdue.

  Hey Matthijs. Sorry to see this. We have never had any customers report something like this ever. We’ve also never seen this in any of our high heat testing where we went up to 45°C for a few hours.
