Software Update 1.157.907.3 - Still Have Sensors Connection Loss
AnsweredI downloaded the latest firmware update released on 9/24/2020. I still lose connection to my power meter and cadence sensors, typically when my ride pauses. Turning off and on the sensors from the Karoo screen used to solve the problem but not anymore. I can’t even toggle off the sensors as the screen does not respond. Should I just perform a factory reset? That seems to be the fix of last resort when the firmware’s is updated. Thanks.

Hey John. Sorry to hear about your issues with the sensors. Let me assist you with this.
Could you please try this workaround and see if this helps -
- Unpair all your sensors
- Reboot your Karoo
- Pair the sensors over ANT+
- Set the sensors precedence over the built-in GPS
If the issue still persists, we would suggest you perform the factory reset from the Settings app. However, first, try the mentioned workaround and see if that helps.

@ Abhishek: Thank you for your suggestions. I already factory reset the unit but the next time my sensors have the same issue I will try your workaround steps. Can you share what’s the issue? Many units in the wild have similar issues, so I wonder if there’s a hardware issue. So far the firmware updates have not helped. Thank you.
