Not Charging
AnsweredIssue that my unit is not charging. Have factory reset, changed cords...nothing seems to get it to take a charge.

Is there a charging FAQ?
I have had intermittent issues that have all self resolved , sometimes over time, with no clear intervention.
It was unclear as to how best to approach this, as it could be the above items or it could be charged and the charge display is at fault.
Having a checklist of things to try in the FAQ would be a help.
You have a pretty self reliant user base that can run thru a checklist that bags the low hanging fruit on the diagnostic tree when this is a question.

Follow up on this issue. After a lengthy back-and-forth with customer service to determine that my unit was actually dead. I got a shipping label and sent the unit back last week. I received a replacement unit today. Outside of the one-email-per-day interaction with customer service, this has been a good result.

Charging, mounts and sensor connection stability are a big deal across the device category for all brands.
I am not sure at times whether it is charging , the battery charge indicator or the actual charging as the issue. I sure wish there was a clear trouble shooting shared with the community ( hell, I wish there was better community). Often the problem self resolves. I do a lot of e-bike work and battery issues are a big deal and often hard to sort out. all of the bike computers have this issue, implying it is not a single problem , easy to resolve. Fortunately, it often solves itself with an oblique unclear process of turning of and on, re-setting, waiting, returning and repeating .A process that never defines but remedies the problem.
