Shipment Delays
AnsweredI received an email about 15 minutes ago, indicated a month delay in the October orders. Have others received this as well?
Really wish this had been sent to us last week; instead, last week we got a marketing email saying this week, we'd hear more about our pre-order next steps, no indication of a delay, instead, sounded like everything was on-track.
Either way, looking forward to getting this device, although, I'm expecting this wont be the only delay...

Brandon, Thank you for the support. We truly wish we had known sooner, but we would still have acted accordingly. This is only from the recent developments in the past few days, and we communicated to our community with utmost sincerity and only after analysing all the possibilities.
