Karoo 1 crashes and shuts down (after update)

After the latest update, I've had several rides where my Karoo 1 crashes and shuts down automatically, both with/without navigation.

  Look I have the same problem. Without any reaon it seams the Karoo gives 0% battery, but after 1 minute it's still at the level it had a moment before. It happened me during a ride of two hours al least 4 times..

  @all: I am sorry to hear about your issues with the Karoo shutting down. I certainly would like to look into the issue separately as the reason for the issue might be different and so would be the troubleshooting steps. 

  In order to address your issues with Karoo, I request you to share the FIT file and complete issue description to our official email address support@hammerhead.io.

  We will definitely look into the issue and ensure there is a resolution to it.
