GPS issues with K2?!...

Hi HH-Team!

I received my K2 unit today and its an amazing device! Good job!

Now my question/problem: Is there a process how to get GPS running?
If I go to "Routes" and hit the "+" icon then the screen remains grey! If I click on the screen then a pop-up banner from below slides in and says "Failed to fetch address for location". Nothing happens.
Nevertheless, if I manually enter a street then I see the map and can create a route from "a" to "b". But I am not tracked with GPS automatically as a starting point as it should normally be...?!

Second example: If I click on "Got Hills?" (profile) then the map I see is from my town, Munich... but it is showing an amber arrow which is ca. 3km far away from me... If I remove the lock on that map and browse trough the city then all the maps are there, but if I click on the "beam me to my GPS location" icon then I am again on the same wrong starting point.

Is there a procedure how I need to calibrate the GPS sensor from K2?? 
Additional info: I downloaded the maps for Germany and Austria, Settings-Slider "Location" is activated.

What to do now?...

Many thanks for your support, I may just do something wrong, its my first HH and I tried to find it out the last couple of hours how to make it work, but unfortunately without success.

Edit: I also restarted the K2.

  SOLVED:

  If that helps anyone, I first needed to import a route from my dashboard before the GPS started to come alive!...
