Unable to login to dashboard

Can't log in to dashboard. Affect both karoo and Dashboard

UPDATE, from no respons all when I tried. Now I get captcha prompt, after that I prompt wrong username or password.

  Oscar, can you share the screenshot error message that you get there? If you haven't tried already, check if it is the same on all the browsers.

  To bad i didn´t took a screenshot of error message. 
  As it have been working since when i have tried to login.  But i didn't recognize captcha screen when i tried to log in, haven't seen that before

  Oskar: It would be great if you can share the screenshot of the error message or the captcha screen if you happen to get it while you try to log in next.

  Hi John, Dashboard seems to be working fine. Are you trying to upload from Karoo to dashboard or dashboard to Strava or other 3rd parties? Could you please give me some additional context?

  Yes Ali tried it on mobile data, other WiFi channel, toggled WiFi on and Off. Will Connect to the laptop now

  John, not sure if this was solved but if it wasn't could you first pull out the FIT file from Karoo by connecting it to a computer. Then log out from Hammerhead account and log back in.
