I can't seem to search an address or take me to a destination on the Karoo. Does anyone know how this works?

  @Patrick: If you have the route loaded on the Karoo and the offline maps available, you would not need the internet connection for navigation. However, if you wish to navigate by creating a route on the Karoo (offline route creation) or search by address then it's not added right now as we are working on it currently.

  We totally realize this is a valuable feature for us to add and this is something already in our Product Roadmap.

  We have kick-started our bigger offline Routing project with Route to Destination (Offline) and Take me Home (POI) features.

  I'm also looking forward to those features! I already tried it on the Bosch Nyon and it works nicely there. Hope to see it soon on Karoo 2.

  need to be able insert address without having a route set. using the pointer to go to an address is really unhandy

  Why is it still not possible to enter an address on the Karoo or, alternatively, enter an address on the phone and transfer the target destination to the Karoor while being offline?
