Strava not recognizing subscription

I have an active Strava subscription (not the free version). In settings on both Karoo 1 and 2, it says that I have a *basic* account with Strava. Clicking on Strava Live Segments in settings says that I have to upgrade my Strava account to use it. Tried unlinking, and re-linking to Strava in the dashboard. 

Anyone else have this issue? Fixes?

  Hi Randy,

  After unlinking the Strava from the Dashboard, can you please log off from the Hammerhead account as well? Log back in and connect to Strava again.
