Strava Live Segments Sync

Hello support,

  I suppose I have to manual sync SLS every time I need (nev segments and new times/KOMs/...)

It's possible to auto sync them like the dashboard tracks?

  Hey Piergiorgio.

  Starred Segments are synced as soon as you turn on your Karoo. You only need to sync if you have recently starred any segments.

  Would like to know if you have starred a new segment and that his not synced on your Karoo?

  Hi Abhishek, it seems to me that segments are added or deleted, but the times of existing segments (then KOMs, carrots, ..)  are not. I'll check again.

  Hi Abhishek,

  I am having similar issues with syncing Strava live segments to my Karoo 1. I have 17 starred segments in Strava but I only ever see 9 synced to my Karoo 1. Some of these segments are newly starred segments that I starred just this morning (before I turned the Karoo on).

  Nothing I seem to do forces any of my starred segments to come across to the Karoo 1. I have tried disconnecting my Strava account and reconnecting it, I've also tried clicking on Sync segments but this does nothing either.

  I recently did a factory reset but this still doesn't sync all of my starred segments to my Karoo 1!

  Any ideas, please? I have a K2 on order but this will not be with me until December.

  Actually, I guess one possible explanation for this is that the 8 segments that did not sync are all downhill segments and will not be synced due to the Strava API restrictions.

  It's pretty confusing to a relative n00b if you're not aware that Strava does not support syncing of live segments that have > 0.25% downward gradient.
