Color of navigation line

Dear Service team,

 

Yesterday i donwloaded the latest software update. Normaly i am happy with the improvements but the collor change for the naviation line isn't a upgrade in my oppinion. Is it possible to change the collors in a upcomming update.

 

Red for normal navigation line yellow for redericting. Yelow can't be seen that well as red and you are locking to the normal route the most of the time.

 

Hopefully you can hulp us out. To change this by personal preferences or set it to my proposed collors.

  Hey Remco.

  I appreciate you for sharing your thoughts not the preference of the color for the Karoo navigation indicators.

  Let me take this to our Product team to make it a point of discussion. However, the timeline isn’t available for us to share. I do not want to promise something that we can’t deliver on time, and would rather be happy to announce timelines or apps as they are ready.

  I agree with Remco: yellow is too much close to white and background gray.. please try swapping these colours. BTW yellow it's not a good choice, we could try with another one...

  Hopefuly they will change it back or make a manual choice possible. (this couldn;t be that hard it think)?

  Totally agree, this is an extremely poor decision. At present this may stop me with continuing with finalising the pre-order of the Karoo 2.

  I prefer the new colours, red for rerouting and yellow for route, because yellow is harder to see when it is on a thin line over segments etc... But when used in normal route, the arrows are more thick and is more clear (this is my opinion). But I agree that this should be a customisable option, and let the users pick the colors they like most.

  For me, the yellow line is very hard to see. Yellow may be ok in duller conditions but here in Western Australia, we have very bright sunshine which causes it to get washed out.
