Route Colour

Hi,

Seems to be the majority of people prefer the previous red navigation line or have an option to pick their own colour, can you confirm if HH are planning on taking the majorities feedback and implement something before the request to continue with the K2 final payment. Personally I am missing updates due to the yellow navigation line and will probably not proceed with the K2 purchase unless I know this is being actioned.

  Agree, yellow is really hard to see.  Red or orange much better.

  Matt, royrbru - We are absolutely committed to making sure the Karoo is as reliable and easy to use as possible, especially with regards to everything related to following a route. We have heard you all, and we agree the current route line is not perfect yet. That’s why our team is continuing to work hard to improve the route line visibility while maintaining and improving consistency in the colors we use across our platform. I am unable to promise a timeline, but please be assured that it is a work in progress.

  The yellow route color is terrible.  In addition, as you ride, the current track is yellow also.  I don't understand why these ridiculous changes take place.  Does anyone test these things in the field before a release?  I urge you to quit changing critical display components like this.  In other words, quit trying to reinvent the wheel.  The Karoo is great if you would just leave it alone.

  Is there already a solution for this issue? I just got on my first ride with the Karoo 2 and faced the same problem. Under direct sunlight and with my sunglasses it was very challenging to see clearly the route. Is there a setting option where you can change the colours?

  Hi! No problem with the yellow colour. Will be nice that the traveled part of the route to have different colour. Is there this future and needs some settings?? If not might be taken in consideration for the next upgrades.
