    Hi Phil, I am sorry to hear about the concern with the Karoo 2. There was an outage with the AWS account, which affected multiple accounts and services and similar to several other companies who are dependent on AWS servers as well. The issue has been taken care and everything is back to normal.

    Please write to support@hammerhead.io if you are still encountering trouble, so we can look into this further.
