Distance fields not updating

Since the last update my distance fields all read 0 for the duration of my ride. The ride records and so Strava knows how far I've gone, but during the ride I have no way of measuring distance. Speed is registering so I know the GPS is recording and the map shows my trail so I know the system knows I'm going places... Suggestions?

  Hi Justin, I am sorry to hear about the concern with the Speed data not recording as expected. We would like to help you get this resolved for you. These concerns usually comes up when the sensors are not priortized accordingly.
