Karoo 3 makes annoying rattling noises

 I have a brand new Karoo 3. Unfortunately, it makes very annoying rattling noises while riding. The mount is secure. I have the feeling that it’s coming from the buttons. Could that be the case? How can I fix this? Thanks!
