The K2 mounting insert piece broke

According to another post from a person who suffered the same fate, the piece referred  to as the "bracket puck" broke off my mount.

I've noticed that this is a common problem amongst many Karoo 2 users.

How come this part, as another user stated, isn't not sold separately in your shop, but only with the entire mounting system?

I will also e-mail you to request a replacement part as I need to use my K2 ASAP. Thank you.
