How do I log in to the app/extension Vinapp?

I have installed the vinapp extension on my Karoo 3 and am asked to log in. I created an account on https://vinapp.es/ but this account is not recognized in the app. I restarted the Karoo, but it didn’t work. ‘No user record”

  You must create an account in "Register" button, in to karoo. Not vinapp.es. vinapp.es is a shop. Users not shared between vinapp and shop.
