sync issue suunto

This is the first time I’ve encountered this issue. After a ride, the workout won’t sync with Suunto. If I try to sync it manually, it still doesn’t work. I’ve already tried disconnecting and reconnecting Suunto, as well as reinstalling the app. Does anyone have a solution?
