Noise of headunit…buzzing

I have a brand new Karoo 3. Unfortunately, it makes very annoying buzzing noise while riding. The mount is secure. Could the screen be loose or is it from the buttons? How can I fix this? Thanks!

  It could well be the known issue with the buttons. To test you can lightly touch the buttons and the noise goes away. Alternatively you can also hear the buttons rattling if you shake the unit while it is off the bike. Buttons rattle though rather than buzz so may not be that.

  Most likely the noise comes from loose buttons on the right-hand side. My solution was a small piece of electrical tape over the front part of each button - almost invisible and it’s doing the job. There is another thread with a photo…

  A Tuf-Luv cover fixed this for me, but made the computer look bulky. Buttons rattled while cycling, and if I shook the computer by hand. So much for thorough testing.
