We wanted to let you know that we’re currently experiencing a temporary outage affecting Strava sync. Our team is actively investigating and working hard to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We’ll make sure to keep you updated as soon as everything is back up and running smoothly.
In the meantime, here are a couple of workarounds you can use:
Syncing Routes
You can download your route from Strava and manually upload it to your Hammerhead Dashboard:

Syncing Rides
You can download the FIT file from your Hammerhead Dashboard and manually upload it to Strava:
