Karoo 2, Opening FIT files

I have a Karoo 2 and Windows 11.  All the FIT files have been uploaded, but I cannot find any guidance on opening them.  I want some full screen size graphs. 

1. What application will do this?
2. Is there a way to read the files with Microsoft Excel?
3. Is there a way to convert the FIT file to CSV?
4. Can you, someone, provide a detailed description of the contents and format?
