Strava Live Segments display problem

Why aren't most (I think 80%) of my segments displaying as Strava Live Segments? I have them added to favorites, they are synchronized with Karoo and visible, but during the course they do not want to turn on. Do I need to have internet access for a segment to show up as Live? I already completely don't understand how it works....

  Same here!

  Segments are starred, synced and enabled. 

  I'm using K2, my wife has K3, we are riding the same route (imported from strava). K3 shows all segments, K2 - maybe every 2 out of 10. 

  I have no more than 30 starred segments, up-to-date software.

  Does the default ride type affect displaying the segments? If so - what type shoud I choose to display all starred segments and where (strava route, HH profile, somewhere else?).
