Startup problems after map update
My Karoo 3 doesn't start anymore after a map update. You see the startup icon on the screen for several seconds everytime, it disappears and comes back. Hard reset doesn't work...
What can I do?

Thanks for posting! Sorry to hear that you had startup issues on your Karoo! I would recommend cleaning the Karoo by following the steps in the device care guide: https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/articles/25812696269211-Karoo-Device-Care-and-Cleaning-Guide. Cleaning the Karoo would remove any dust or dirt that could be stuck behind the button.
