50 meter offset and stuck arrow

My Karoo 2 has an issue with the GPS/location system
 • The “Location” toggle is missing entirely from Settings
 • The GPS sensor doesn’t appear in the Sensors list
 • The map shows my location ~50m off, and the arrow is stuck
 • I’ve already tried two full factory resets with no improvement

so frustrated with this.
